LIQUIDS

The passenger may carry substances of liquid, paste, gel character and aerosols in the hand luggage  only as follows:

  • In separate containers with total of 100 ml/ 100 grams,
  • Placed in a transparent and re-closing bag (together with aerosols and gel) with a capacity of max. 1 litre, while the content of this plastic bag easily fits into it and the bag can be closed completely.

All liquids must be taken out from the hand luggage and declared individually in front of the detection check upon its placing onto the tray, otherwise the passenger shall not be allowed to take them onto the plane.

The group includes:

  • Shampoos, shower gels, gels,
  • Perfumes, creams, sum creams and lotions,
  • Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks,
  • Other liquid character substances.

Liquids for the needs of diabetic patients, contact lenses solution etc. may be carried in the hand luggage also in case of higher content than 100 ml, no medical certificate is required to be submitted.

With regard to liquid substances the actual contents of the package is not decisive, but the contents stated on the selling package. Plastic bags may be purchased at airport.

PASTES AND GELS

The passenger may carry the following substances of paste and gel character in the hand luggage :

  • Maximum size of an individual package represents 100 ml,
  • Placed in a transparent and re-closing plastic bag
    (together with liquids and aerosols) with a capacity up to 1 litre, while the contents of this plastic bag can easily fit in it and the bag is closed completely. The volume of 1 litre is cumulated with other liquid substances and aerosols.

All pastes and gels must be taken out from the hand luggage and declared individually in front of the detection check upon its placing onto the tray together with the luggage.

The group includes:

  • toothpastes,
  • hair gels,                                                                                                                          
  • other substances of paste and gel character, resp. similar consistence.
The actual content is not decisive with regard to pastes and gels but the one stated on the selling package. Plastic bags may be purchased at the airport.

SPRAYS (AEROSOLS)

The passenger may carry aerosols in the hand luggage  under the condition that they  are not  inflammable (the pictogram of a fire shall not be placed on the package) provided that:                                                             

  • maximum size of an individual package represents 100 ml,
  • Placed in a transparent and re-closing plastic bag (together with liquids and gels) with a capacity of up to 1 litre, while the contents of this plastic bag can easily fit in it and the bag is closed completely.

All aerosols must be taken out from the hand luggage and declared individually in front of the detection check upon their placing onto the tray together with the luggage.

The group includes:

  • Hair sprays,
  • Deodorant sprays etc.
The actual content is not decisive with regard to aerosols, but the one stated on the selling package.

The following volume rules apply for the checked-in luggage, which the passenger hands over at the check-in desk with regard to aerosols: maximum volume of transported sprays represents  2 l/2 kg, while the volume of individual package must not exceed 500 ml/500 g.
